What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards, and bank wire transfers for larger equipment purchases. Financing is also available for qualifying purchases — see our Financing page or call to discuss options.

Can I get a quote for a fleet, custom build, or bulk parts order?

Yes — use the Request a Quote form and an equipment specialist will price the whole job, including freight to your ship-to, within one business day.

Do you charge sales tax?

Any applicable sales tax is shown at checkout before you pay. For orders shipped outside Florida, you are responsible for any sales or use tax your state requires.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — shipping is free on orders $199 and over. Orders under $199 ship for a $19.99 flat rate. Your shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

How do large machines ship?

Large or heavy items may ship by freight truck, and we may contact you to arrange delivery. Inspect the shipment before you sign for it and write any damage on the delivery receipt.

How long until my order ships?

Most in-stock orders ship within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. Custom-built and special-order items take longer, and we'll contact you with an estimated ship date.

We ship within the United States. Delivery times depend on your location and the carrier.

What is your return policy?

Accepted Answer

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. The item must be unused, in its original packaging with all parts and manuals, and you'll need your receipt or proof of purchase. Email sales@americanpsfl.com to start a return — please don't ship anything back until we've approved it. Sale items, gift cards, custom-built and special-order items, and hazardous materials can't be returned.

How do refunds work?

Once your return arrives, we inspect it and let you know whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days; your bank or card company may take a little longer to post it.

Can I return a custom-built unit?

Accepted Answer

No — custom-built items can't be returned. That's why we recommend talking a custom build through with a specialist (or requesting a quote) before ordering, so the spec is right the first time.

How do warranties work?

Equipment and components are covered by their manufacturers' warranties (engine, pump, and unit warranties vary by brand and model). If something fails, call us — our service team will help you identify the issue and route the warranty claim.

What PSI and GPM do I need?

Cleaning power is pressure (PSI) times flow (GPM) — more flow usually matters more than more pressure for big flatwork, while stripping and heavy crud want higher PSI. Tell us the jobs you run and we'll size the unit; that's what the phone line is for.

Hot water or cold water?

Accepted Answer

Cold water handles most exterior cleaning; hot water cuts grease, oil, and petroleum-based grime far faster. If you clean equipment, drive-thrus, dumpster pads, or kitchens, hot water usually pays for itself.

How do I find the right replacement part for my machine?

Search by part number or model in site search. If you're not sure, call with the model and serial number and we'll match the exact pump, unloader, or fitting.

Do you service the equipment you sell?

Yes — we have three service and sales centers in Florida (W. Melbourne, Fort Pierce, and Port St. Lucie) handling service, repairs, and parts. Out of state, call and we'll help you diagnose and get the right parts shipped.
