Overview
The General Pump 100538 is a probe-style thermostat with a copper immersion bulb and a 60-inch insulated stainless-steel capillary rated to 4000 PSI, controlling water temperature from 86 to 250°F. It panel-mounts on a hot-water pressure washer and uses a dual-scale knob to set the target temperature; the immersion bulb reads the water directly for rapid response within ±5°F. The 16(4)A-380V electric rating handles burner control circuits, and the assembly is UL/CSA approved. Use it to replace a failed or drifting thermostat on a hot-water skid or burner system so the coil holds a consistent, safe outlet temperature.
