Overview
This is a low-pressure, high-volume soft wash skid sprayer that runs 10 GPM at 300 PSI, powered by a Honda GX200 engine driving an AR45 gear-drive diaphragm pump on a corrosion-resistant US-made aluminum skid. It's built to apply sodium hypochlorite (SH), liquid chlorine, and other cleaning chemicals to roofs, building exteriors, driveways, screen enclosures, wood decks, fences, and vinyl siding — softer surfaces where high pressure would cause damage. It removes bacteria, mold, mildew, moss, fungus, and algae without high pressure. The unit ships bare, ready for final plumbing with your own or optionally purchased hose, gun, nozzle, or hose reel. It performs across 150–300 PSI and 6–10 GPM.
