Overview

The 925050M is a 25-degree spray nozzle with a size 050 orifice and 1/4" MPT (male pipe thread) connection. It threads directly into any 1/4" FPT port, making it a straightforward screw-in replacement for the nozzles on a flat surface cleaner spray bar or a fixed-thread lance. The 25-degree fan pattern is the standard flushing angle for surface cleaning — wide enough coverage to clear grime off concrete without the gouging you get from a narrower tip. When replacing a worn nozzle, match all three numbers — spray angle, orifice size, and thread — to keep your machine's pressure and cleaning performance where they should be.

Frequently asked questions

It fits any surface cleaner spray bar or nozzle holder with a 1/4" FPT (female pipe thread) port. Check your existing nozzle: if it screws in with 1/4" male threads rather than snapping into a quick-connect coupler, this is the right connection style.

The nozzle designation encodes the spray angle and orifice size: this is a 25-degree fan pattern with a size 050 orifice. When ordering a replacement, match both numbers plus the 1/4" MPT thread to your original nozzle.

The orifice size sets the operating pressure of your machine. Too small an orifice over-pressurizes the pump and forces the unloader into bypass; too large drops your working pressure and cleaning power. Replace a worn nozzle with the same size — 050 here — unless you are deliberately re-sizing.

Replace the nozzle when your pressure drops noticeably or the fan pattern turns ragged and uneven. Nozzle orifices erode with use, which widens the opening and bleeds off pressure — on a surface cleaner this shows up as streaking and slower cleaning.
