Overview
This is a fully assembled downstream bypass chemical injector for 6-10 GPM cold and hot water pressure washers, built around a 20% fixed GP injector body with a 2.3mm orifice. The bypass design delivers higher concentrations of liquid chlorine or other cleaning chemicals at longer distances and higher elevations, with none of the pressure loss you get from a typical downstream injector — and chemical never runs through the pump. The kit includes a plated ball valve, plated 1/2" quick couplers (for 1/2" ID hose), an inlet strainer with 48" chemical suction hose, and a 24" high-pressure bypass hose. It's an economical setup for heavy-use or entry-level soft-wash work on your existing machine, letting you alternate between chemical application and rinse with no flow restriction.
