Overview
The HP8040 is a General Pump HD belt-drive pressure washer pump rated 8.0 GPM at 4000 PSI, running a low 1840 RPM pump speed for continuous-duty use. It's an identical version of the branded GP model TSF2019N, so it drops in wherever that pump is spec'd. The forged brass manifold head, oversized connecting rods, heavy-duty tapered roller bearings, and solid ceramic plungers with lubricated packings are built for long service life on high-flow machines, and the large anodized-aluminum oil-bath crankcase has an easy-view sight gauge and dipstick for quick oil checks. Like any pump, it must be installed with a primary pressure regulator (unloader) and a secondary safety relief device (pop-off valve).
