Overview

This is a five-piece 1/4″ quick-connect spray nozzle set in orifice size 5.5, covering 0°, 15°, 25°, and 40° high-pressure patterns plus a 65° low-pressure chemical nozzle for applying soap. Size matters on nozzles: the 5.5 orifice is matched to your machine's flow and pressure — these tips flow 3.89 GPM at 2000 PSI, 4.76 GPM at 3000 PSI, and 5.50 GPM at 4000 PSI, so pick this set if your pump's GPM lines up with those numbers at your operating pressure. Running a tip that's too small chokes the pump and spikes pressure, so if you're not sure of your machine's rating, call us before you order — we've been sizing nozzles for over 25 years.
