Overview
This is the General Pump EZ4040G fully plumbed replacement pump, a 4 GPM, 4000 PSI direct-drive triplex rated for 3400 RPM with a 1″ hollow shaft. "Fully plumbed" means the plumbing work is done for you: the pump ships with the VRT3-310EZ unloader/regulator, a water inlet fitting with filter, an easy start valve, a thermo valve, and crankcase oil already in the box. Mount it, set the pressure, and you're ready to go. The standard SAE J609 gasoline flange fits gas engines up to 13 hp, making this a straightforward bolt-on swap for a worn-out pump on a direct-drive gas pressure washer. Build quality is General Pump's usual: forged brass manifold with a lifetime warranty, one-piece ceramic-coated plungers, and unitized stainless steel inlet and discharge valves.
