Overview
The HP4040PLUMB is a fully plumbed General Pump HP4040 belt-drive triplex pump rated 4 GPM at 4000 PSI (or 4.75 GPM at 3500 PSI when run at 1750 RPM). It comes ready to install: the unloader/regulator (VRT3-310EZ), garden-hose water inlet fitting with filter, easy-start valve, thermo valve, and crankcase oil are already mounted — bolt the pump on, set your pressure, and go. Built for continuous-duty commercial use, it runs a forged brass manifold with a lifetime warranty, solid ceramic plungers, tapered roller bearings, and a large anodized-aluminum oil-bath crankcase on a 24 mm solid shaft. A solid drop-in for belt-drive pressure washer builds and pump replacements.
