Overview
The AR VV3G27-FP is a fully plumbed, heavy-duty Viper direct-drive replacement pump rated for 3 GPM at 2700 PSI and 3400 RPM. It's a bolt-on replacement for the Honda GX200 and fits 6.5–7 HP horizontal engines with a 3/4-inch shaft. Because it ships fully plumbed, the package includes the VRT3-310EZ unloader/regulator, a water inlet fitting with filter, an easy-start valve, a thermo valve, and pump oil — mount the pump, set your pressure, and you're running. It's the straightforward fix for a gas pressure washer whose original pump has failed: no sourcing an unloader and plumbing it separately. Note that every pump installation still requires a secondary pressure safety relief device (pop-off/safety valve) in addition to the unloader.
