Overview

The TS2021 is a General Pump HD belt-drive pressure washer pump rated 3500 PSI and 5.6 GPM at 1450 RPM (4.5 GPM at 1125 RPM), built for continuous-duty use. The slower belt-drive speed and large-capacity anodized aluminum oil-bath crankcase keep it running cooler and longer than direct-drive pumps, making it the right choice for daily-use commercial rigs and pump replacements on belt-drive machines. It carries a nickel-plated forged brass manifold with a lifetime warranty, solid ceramic plungers with lubricated packings, over-sized connecting rods, tapered roller bearings, and unitized stainless steel inlet and discharge valves. Ports are 1/2"-14 BSPP-F inlet and 3/8"-19 BSPP-F discharge on a 24 mm shaft. Note: it requires an unloader plus a secondary safety relief valve — the pump does not include pressure regulation.
