Overview

This is a size 4.0 rotating turbo nozzle rated to 4500 PSI max, built for pressure washers running 4.0 GPM at 4000 PSI. Instead of a fixed fan, it spins a zero-degree jet in a cone, cutting a 6" cleaning path and stripping grime up to 5 times faster than a standard 15° tip — ideal for concrete, brick, and other hard surfaces where a fan tip is too slow. It handles water up to 185°F and snaps onto any standard lance with its 1/4" male quick-connect plug. Orifice size matters: a 4.0 matches a 4.0 GPM / 4000 PSI machine, so check your pump's flow and pressure before ordering. Always start the nozzle pointing down and wear eye and face protection.

It fits any machine with a standard 1/4" quick-connect coupler on the lance, as long as your washer runs at or below 4500 PSI. The size 4.0 orifice is matched to machines flowing 4.0 GPM at 4000 PSI — if your pump's specs differ, you need a different nozzle size, so call us for sizing help.

The 4.0 is the orifice size, which must match your machine's flow (GPM) and target pressure (PSI). Too small an orifice over-pressurizes the pump; too large drops your cleaning pressure. This 4.0 tip is sized for 4.0 GPM at 4000 PSI machines.

A turbo nozzle spins a zero-degree pencil jet in a fast cone, so you get the cutting power of a 0° tip across a 6" path — cleaning up to 5 times faster than a 15° fan tip. It's the go-to choice for stripping concrete, brick, and heavy buildup on hard surfaces.

Always start the nozzle pointing down and wear eye and face protection whenever you operate the pressure washer with it. Starting downward lets the rotor seat properly before you bring the spray onto the work surface. Also keep water temperature at or below its 185°F rating.
