Overview
The YVB4021B is a pressure-washer unloader valve rated for 4050 PSI (4500 PSI max) and up to 21 GPM. When the trigger gun valve closes, the unloader diverts water flow into bypass so pressure doesn't spike against a dead-headed pump. Unloaders respond to either an increase in pressure or a change in flow, and this valve can also be used for variable pressure adjustment. It uses 1/2" NPT-F inlet, outlet, and bypass ports and handles water up to 195°F, making it suitable for both cold- and hot-water systems within those limits. Match your pump's flow and pressure to the valve's ratings before installing.
