Overview
Ameri-Seal Wet Look Semi Gloss is a 1-part, water-based protective sealer that gives concrete and brick pavers the deep, color-enhanced "wet look" of a solvent-based sealer without the fumes or application restrictions. The 5-gallon pail covers 1000-1500 sq ft, and two thin coats deliver the best color enhancement and protection. It penetrates the surface and cures to a tough semi-gloss film that deepens color, binds joint sand, and guards against water damage, staining, UV fading, and mildew. Because it tolerates damp pavers, you can pressure wash and seal the same day — a real schedule advantage for contractors. Low VOC (under 50 g/l), it also works on decorative concrete, slate, Saltillo tile, and clay roof tiles, and holds up under foot and vehicle traffic.
