Overview

Ameri-Seal High Performance Solvent Enhancer is a 1-gallon, solvent-based silane-siloxane sealer that deepens the natural color of stone and concrete while adding heavy-duty water and stain protection. The formula chemically bonds with the substrate, so the enhancement and repellency last rather than sitting on the surface as a film. It stays colorless and won't yellow, penetrates and breathes, resists UV, and helps prevent freeze-thaw spalling, efflorescence, and mildew. Coverage runs 600-800 sq ft per gallon, and it can go down on damp surfaces — touch dry in 2 hours with a 30-minute recoat window and full cure in 24-72 hours. Use it on stone patios and walkways, decorative concrete, brick pavers, driveways, pool decks, and retaining walls. It delivers the deep color enhancement water-based sealers can't.
