Overview

Ameri-Seal 1K Urethane is a single-component, water-based acrylic urethane paver sealer that lays down a high-gloss wet look with no mixing required. It builds a tough film that enhances paver color the way solvent-based sealers do, while binding joint sand permanently and guarding against water damage, staining, UV fading, and mildew — and it stands up to heavy vehicle traffic. Because it's water-based, you can apply it to damp pavers, so a crew can pressure wash and seal in the same day instead of waiting for the surface to dry. At 50% solids by weight it covers 1000-1500 sq ft, with low VOC (<50 g/l) and simple water cleanup. Suited to concrete paver driveways, brick patios and walkways, pool decks, and commercial paver installs.
