Overview
Ameri-Seal Clear Non-Enhancing Sealer is a 1-gallon, water-based silane-siloxane sealer that protects travertine, marble, and other natural stone without darkening or changing its appearance. Unlike enhancing sealers that deepen stone color, this formula chemically bonds with the surface to form an invisible, breathable barrier against water damage, staining, efflorescence, freeze-thaw spalling, and mildew. It covers 800-1,000 sq ft per gallon, can go down on damp surfaces, is dry to the touch in 2 hours, and fully cures in 24-72 hours. Low VOC (under 50 g/l) and UV resistant so it won't yellow. Use it on travertine patios and pool decks, marble floors and countertops, limestone, sandstone, slate, flagstone, granite, and quartzite where keeping the stone's original look matters.
