Overview
Ameri-Seal Concrete & Brick Clear Sealer is a water-based penetrating sealer in a 5-gallon pail that covers 1,000-1,500 sq ft and repels water and stains without changing the look of the surface. The formula reacts with carbon dioxide to form an insoluble, water-resistant barrier within 24-72 hours, cutting down spalling from freeze-thaw cycles, efflorescence, and staining. It works on concrete, brick, block, and exposed aggregate — horizontal or vertical — and can go on damp surfaces, so you don't have to wait for a bone-dry slab. It's breathable, UV-resistant so it won't yellow, low VOC (under 50 g/l), and paintable, so it won't fight a future coating. A solid pick for driveways, sidewalks, pool decks, patios, stamped concrete, and pavers.
