Overview

This is a 1/2″ inlet filter with no bypass — an inline water strainer that mounts at your pressure washer or jetter pump inlet to catch grit, sand, scale, and debris before they reach the pump. Screening the incoming water this way protects the valves, pistons, and seals inside a triplex pump, which is where dirty feed water does the most damage. The "no bypass" version is a straight-through filter with no relief passage, so all inlet water routes through the screen. It fits plumbing with a 1/2″ connection and is a standard replacement or upgrade part for machines drawing from a tank, hose bib, or buffer supply.
