Soft Wash Spray System is a low pressure chemical application system designed for cleaning roofs, building exteriors, driveways, screen enclosures, wood decks, fences, vinyl siding or any softer surfaces to remove bacteria, molds, mildews, moss, fungus and algae when pressure washing is not feasible. Performs well as high volume rinse down rig for heavy flush and rinsing as well. “Totally Self Contained” 100 gallon tank feed system with pressures of 150 – 300 PSI and flow rates of 6 or 10 GPM featuring Honda gasoline engine and gear reduced AR Gear-Drive diaphragm pump.
 
No high pressure is used.  Softwashing techniques include application of liquid chlorine, Sodium Hypochlorite (SH) and other appropriate chemicals with no potential damage from high pressure to surfaces being cleaned. All skid frames are constructed of aircraft grade aluminum which is chemical resistant and rustproof.
