Overview

Ameri-Seal Protective Sealer Ultra is a 2-part, aliphatic, water-based acrylic urethane sealer built for surfaces that single-component sealers can't hold up on — commercial garage floors, high-traffic driveways, industrial concrete, decorative flake systems, brick pavers, and pool decks. It cures to a durable, clear, chemical-resistant film that enhances substrate color without yellowing, and it withstands heavy vehicle traffic. The mix ratio is adjustable — 4A:1B with 2.5, 5, or 10 parts water — so you can dial the finish from subtle enhancement to a high-gloss wet look. At 50% solids and under 100 g/l VOC, a batch covers 1,000–2,000 sq ft with a 2–3 hour pot life; it can go on damp surfaces, is touch dry in 30–60 minutes, and takes vehicles at 48 hours.
